Shipping Policy

We will ship your item on the same day if you order before 12pm and most of our packages are delivered within 5-8 working days depending on the Delivery Method chosen. In some cases it can take up to 10 days for your item to arrive and you should Contact us and we will do our Best to track the item or send out a replacement if the item is lost. Delays in delivery could be caused by courier company and we always ship on the agreed date, please understand that if your item has missed it's delivery due date then contact us.

Returns Policy

• We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and returns are accepted within the first 14 days if the item is unopened/unused.

• The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced. The return shipping cost must be pay by the buyer

• Please contact us before sending the item back to us, and all returns will need to have a note attached explaining the reason of return/replacement.

• Your refund/replacement will only be issued after the item is returned and received.
